With the experience gained during the years she devoted to the gourmets of Madrid, Gema Sánchez has gone back to her roots, offering her interesting signature interpretation of the traditional cuisine of Santander. Her house is a building from the 1950s, now carefully restored and full of elegant and sophisticated spaces, including an art gallery. A pleasant, comfortable and versatile place with a gourmet shop, bar and private rooms and outdoor café in summer. Specialities: apple pastry hake, “Mayte” fillet steak in whisky sauce, fresh anchovies stuffed with cheese.
