Each room of this hotel, a former 17th century manor house, has been distinctively decorated with a choice of colour and furnishings. The owner, Paco Entrena, has successfully preserved much of the traditional style of the building. Suggestive corners, small surprises, unexpected perspectives stressed by the use of colour and lighting. The restaurant displays the same character as the hotel. Traditional products and home made pastries for breakfast. 4WD excursions and hiking are arranged at the Saja-Besaya nature reserve, where the hotel is located. Its specialities include: blood sausage on bread, roasted pepper, cod with mushroom cream and poached egg, boned pig trotters, King Bolete mushrooms in their cooking sauce. Tipsy brazo pasiego (Swiss roll from the Pas Region) with orujo liqueur cream and dulce de leche ice cream.
