Close to the shores, seaside aromas of salt, seaweed and iodine. The old harbours with their fishing nets and boats which bring the daily catch to the fish market, full of flavour and just waiting for the simple and familiar methods of José Antonio and Susana to transform it all into magnificent dishes which bring to each diner the taste of the depths of the Cantabrian sea. The decoration takes us on this journey with flavours of the sea with a matching decoration, integrated into the building of stone, brick and wood. It has a wine cellar with more than 200 labels.
