The combination of dishes that basically respects local tradition, presented in a neutral setting predominated by the colour white, is a concept that nowadays works well and is starting to prevail in the Santander cuisine. Los Raqueros is a restaurant on the cityÂ’s Golden Mile, opposite the monument after which it is named and which reminds us of the children who would dive after coins thrown by tourists.
