If we were to describe the food at Tonino in one sentence, we could say “the taste of the sea”. A family business which has always been connected with the sea, making Antonio Mora’s dishes traditional in themselves, yet with small modern touches, fully exposing the powerful flavours of the sea the best of the Cantabrian coast. The atmosphere clearly denotes this; maritime and fishing pieces are used to decorate the three dining rooms and a large outdoor terrace to enjoy summer. Specialities: Baked and grilled fish, baby squid with onion, traditional rice dishes, Cantabrian meat.
